Ms. Phoebe Cintron has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. Ms. Cintron is the financial administrator of the CCRHP since 2019. Since 2014, she has worked at the Medical Sciences Campus as an accountant at the IUPR-CTU. Ms. Cintron is in charge of preparing budgets for proposals to be submitted to Federal and State Agencies and corporations. In addition, she assists in the preparation of progress reports for the different projects.
